Do you know how your business should be structured? Do you know what’s involved in forming a corporation? What about changing from a sole proprietorship to a partnership or an LLC? Business structure decisions have long-term implications, so it’s important that you select the form of ownership that is right for your business. The pros and cons of corporations, LLCs, and limited partnerships will be reviewed. This workshop will be presented by an attorney who specializes in assisting small businesses.
