Focuses small business owners on understanding the current marketplace and the necessary strategies to implement in order to differentiate their product/service from the competition. The workshop concentrates on creating verbiage that defines your specific brand presence and targets potential clients leading to an improvement of customer satisfaction resulting in an increase of sales. Topics include technology platforms, i.e. twitter and other social networking arenas. Participants leave prepared to utilize the tools of this sales and marketing instruction to produce business success.

Primary Topics (include, but are not limited to):

  • Learn how to create content for your marketing purposes utilizing social media
  • Capture your customers' attention and interest
  • Formulate a plan to communicate to your client base
  • Capitalize on increasing brand recognition and propensity to buy
