The Customer Contracts workshop covers the areas of how to read, write, negotiate and modify contracts to the business' benefit.

The workshop will discuss and provide samples of a whole contract, as well as some key contract provisions that are crucial for protecting a business, such as indemnity provisions, insurance provisions, timing provisions, choice of law clauses, venue provisions, integration clauses, arbitration clauses, mediation clauses and others.

After the workshop, participants will be able to better understand the contracts they are given, negotiate them more effectively, and write them in a way that maximizes their benefits from the deal.
